Ragan is an Partner in the Litigation Department advising on a wide range of commercial and property disputes for both individuals and businesses.

Ragan also advises on landlord and tenant disputes acting for both landlords and tenants.

Ragan is an advocate of Alternative Dispute Resolution, she can advise on the most appropriate way of resolving disputes, both through the courts and by way of alternative methods such as mediation.

Ragan is also an Accredited Mediator, having trained with ADR Group. She has written for Master Builder Magazine and is a member of the Property Litigation Association.
