Cleo is a member of CIMA (Chartered Institute of Management Accountants) and has a MBA (Master in Business Administration). She was appointed as a member in 2010.

Cleo joined the firm in 2001 and is responsible for the finance, facilities & administration functions. She works alongside Simon Stell and departmental managers to assist with the overall management of the practice. Besides leading the accounts team, she assists in the development of strategy, and seeks ways to improve. Responsible for leading the projects which attained Lexcel and IIP accreditation.
