Who Are We?

We are a unit of lawyers, established in April 2002 to fully service the legal and commercial requirements of those clients in the technology sector or with a technology related requirement.

The LCF Technology Unit comprises specialist solicitors, with experience in the designated practice areas of Commercial, Corporate, Employment, Litigation & ADR and Property.

Credible?

Yes. We are regularly instructed to undertake paid consultancy work for many organisations and public institutions, including: Bury & Oldham MBC, Business Link (North Manchester & West Yorkshire), Leeds Chamber of Commerce and the University of Huddersfield. The LCF Technology Unit is listed in the Legal 500 as a Top 15 practice for Company & Commercial work in the Yorkshire & Humber

We are based in Bradford, West Yorkshire. We have the benefit of industry experience and know-how. We have a comprehensive background in information technology.

From our Bradford city base we can provide a first class legal service (comparable to any service provided by the national/London firms) at a fee level which reflects the lower overhead costs, of not being centralised in Leeds or any of the other major city centres.
