Liquor and gaming licensing and those businesses retailing to the leisure industry are seeing major changes in the law. None more so than in legislation affecting the sale of liquor, food retail and health and safety.

To keep abreast of these changes for our clients in these sectors we have developed skills throughout our practice to meet their commercial needs and ensure the quality of service and response that they require.

These requirements are met through our Licensing Unit headed by partner Simon Stell.

The Licensing unit deals with all aspects of liquor and gaming licensing including preparation of applications for interim authorities, protection orders and transfers; dealing with all aspects of applications for new licenses whether on or off, whether for public houses, restaurants, night clubs, bingo clubs, cinemas or fuel stations.
