Headed by Paul Burkinshaw the department deals with disputes involving the firm’s clients both individuals and businesses whether relating to contracts; property; construction and building projects; intellectual property; breaches of obligations and duties; rights of easement; landlord and tenant.

The Team has experience in mediation as well as pursuing matters through the courts to achieve the appropriate outcome for their client.

In considering the appropriate outcome for a client advice is given in relation to the evidence, the consideration involved, the likely costs and the commercial issues involved.
