With LCF Works you get direct access to our team of experts. We do not operate a call centre. We will get to know you and your business personally. Our advice will be tailored to suit your business needs.

For a single monthly fee we will provide:

• Access to advice on HR and employment law issues by telephone, email, or face-to-face
• An annual review of your employment documentation
• Provision of the employment documentation you require to comply with legislation
• Provision of template letters to staff

The service is backed with an insurance policy.
